Lenovo has introduced a number of IdeaPad laptops and IdeaCentre desktops, including a capacitive, multitouch netbook-tablet combo and the “industry’s thinnest” all-in-one desktop PC.
IdeaPad S10-3t:
The $500 S10-3t is a netbook with a capacitive, 10.1-inch multitouch screen that swivels 180 degrees and transforms in a touch tablet.
Other key specs include an Intel Atom N470 processor, 320GB HDD memory storage, DirectShare file synchronization, Maplife, Quick Start 2.0 “instant on” and VeriFace recognition software.
Y460 and Y560:
The $850 14-inch Y460 and 15.6-inch Y560 laptops include RapidDrive technology that combines SSD and HDD storage solutions to deliver faster Windows 7 boot-up times and significantly improve application performance.
Both models – which will be available with JBL-designed speakers and Dolby Home Theater surround sound – feature an Intel Core i7 processor along with switchable graphics, SlideNav intelligent touch-sensitive slide bar, OneKey Theatre II audio-visual controls and an ambient light sensor.
G460 and G560:
The $700 G460 and G560 laptops are based on Intel’s next-generation “Core” processors and offer up to 8GB of DDR3 memory along with 500GB of HDD storage.
The G460 and G560 are available with 14- and 15.6-inch 16:9 widescreen HD LED backlight displays. Additional features include HDMI connectors, Lenovo Energy Management, OneKey rescue system and VeriFace recognition software.
IdeaCentre C310
The $650 C310 multitouch, all-in-one desktop boasts a 20-inch, HD 16:9 widescreen display, Intel Atom 330 Dual Core processor, 4GB of memory, a discrete graphics card and ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4530 512MB.
A300:
Billed as the “industry’s” thinnest all-in-one desktop, the $700 IdeaCentre A300 has a depth of just 18.5mm for its 21.5” Full HD LED panel. The system is also loaded with Intel Core2 Duo processors, CamSuite software, an integrated web camera, wireless Bluetooth keyboard and mouse.
K320:
The $600 K320 performance gaming system includes an Intel Core i7 processor, with select models offering up to ATI Radeon HD5970 2GB and two RAID configured hard drives. The K320 can also be loaded with up to 8GB DDR3 memory and 1TB HDD storage.
