Taiwan DRAM makers experienced lower sales in January

Except for Powerchip Semiconductor Corporation, major DRAM makers in Taiwan experienced lower sales in January. Last month, reduced DRAM supply and increased demand boosted spot prices at the beginning of the traditional slow season. Spot prices for DDR400 jumped 18.6%, according to DRAMeXchange.
