During the interview by CBS Evening News anchor Norah O’Donnell with U.S leading infectious disease expert, Dr. Anthony Fauci advices Americans who are already making plans for Thanksgiving to analyze the Coronavirus cases around the country, especially since there is a surge of infections.

He mentioned that families travelling across the country and gathering for the holidays would make the surge even worse.

Fauci says “You may have to bite the bullet and sacrifice that social gathering, unless you’re pretty certain that the people that you’re dealing with are not infected.”
