Ceiva releases new digital photo frames

Mark Raby

Los Angeles (CA) - Ceiva Logic today released a new line of digital photo frames. The frames integrate Wi-Fi connectivity and allow users to send pictures via Internet from a computer or camera phone to the frame.

The new additions from Ceiva include a 7" and an 8" model. Both have a retail price of $150. The wireless service, called Ceive PicturePlan, is included for free for three months. Afterwards, it carries a monthly price of $6.95.

Ceiva, founded in 2000, specializes exclusively in digital photo frames. Earlier this year, the company announced a partnership with Adobe Photoshop, the first of its kind for a maker of digital photo frames.
