China exported $152.871 billion worth of high-technology products during the first half of 2007, rising by 23.8% on year and accounting for 28.0% of the country’s total export value, according to statistics published by the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) on its Chinese-language web site on September 19.In the meantime, China imported high-technology products valued at $128.959 billion, growing by 15.2% on year and taking up 29.7% of its total import value.
