DDR2 shortage to remain over 10% in Q1

With PC OEMs significantly raising their DDR2 adoption rate, supply of DDR2 is lagging demand and the shortage has reached 15-20%, according to DRAMeXchange. The memory trading firm observed that the respective DDR2 adoption rate among first- and second-tier PC OEMs is 80-100% and over 50%.
