DRAM makers said to be tying NAND flash orders to DDR2 orders

With memory makers currently enjoying strong demand for NAND flash, but on the other hand seeing their DDR2 inventory building due to poor market acceptance, they have begun pushing bundles of the two memory products, according to sources at customers of the DRAM makers.

Samsung Electronics, Hynix Semiconductor and Micron Technology are the three players that are said to be carrying out the bundling scheme.
