First 133 MHz FSB System shown at IDF

In order to show the future path of technology and the abilities of this technology Pat Gelsinger presented a running mashine that he called a technology study. The system was equiped with a 500 MHz PIII, an nVidia Graphics card, RAMBUS main memory running at 400 MHz and a 133 MHz FSB. All that resulted in a demo, running a not yet released 3D-game from Rage at 60 fps.

Systems in that style will hit the shelves in second half of this year just as the first Flex ATX systems will.
