Intel slapped with lawsuit

Workstation manufacturer Intergraph has again filed suit against Intel, charging discriminatory conduct.

Intergraph’s court motion accuses Intel of violating an April 1998 injunction by “repeatedly withholding or delaying delivery of critical information, support, and products to Intergraph, while at the same time providing these to Intergraph’s competitors.”

One of Intergraph’s chief complaints involves Intel’s alleged failure to provide ‘Carmel’ chip set information and support that Intergraph considers crucial to developing high-end workstations around Intel’s Pentium III Xeon microprocessor.
