GamePC has added AMD Athlon processor to its line of custom-built high-end gaming machines.
The company unveiled two new lines of Athlon-based computers, named the Titan and the Disrupter, which are available now. The company’s liquid-cooled LiquidX-800 series is scheduled to ship in early October.
Designed for more demanding of games and memory intensive applications, the Titan line integrates a 600MHz Athlon with an Ultra2 SCSI-based storage system. The Disrupter is designed to be more affordable, sporting a 550MHz Athlon with ATA-66 storage.
The PCs can be configured and purchased from the company’s web site at www.gamepc.com.
