Clinton to sign H-1B visa bill

In a move that parallels the Recording Industry Association of America’s efforts to shut down Napster, Sega of America is threatening legal action against game sites with forums that discuss pirated Dreamcast games. Though it is not clear that Sega would win in court, the company’s cease-and-desist letters have been enough of a threat to close various online forums where users have historically discussed Dreamcast pirating issues. Sites lacking the resources to fight protracted and expensive legal battles have decided to comply with the wishes of Sega attorneys.
