NAND flash spot prices up slightly this week

  • The NAND flash spot market has been active so far this week, with more orders than before, on higher prices, according to InSpectrum. Compared with closing prices on Friday, September 18, the ASPs of 16 Gb MLC and 32 Gb MLC increased this week more than 1% to $2.42 and $5.86, respectively, the research firm noted.
