Los Angeles (CA) – One of Los Angeles City’s most prolific taggers has been arrested after he posted YouTube videos detailing his exploits. 24-year-old Cyrus Yazdani appears on the videos spray painting the Melrose/Normandie sign on the 101 Freeway and an MTA bus in broad daylight. The Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department estimates that Yazdani caused $300,000 in damage statewide.
Yazdani was already on probation from a 2007 spray painting incident and was arrested at the probation office. He is being held on $100,000 bail.
If you’re going to do something illegal, for god sakes don’t videotape it and then post it on the Internet for everyone to see.
