Nvidia and Asus have announced plans to launch a high-definition 3D Vision notebook in December. ??
The G51J 3D - which is expected to feature an advanced 120Hz 3D Vision display - will offer a stereoscopic 3D experience for over 400 PC games, including Resident Evil 5, Borderlands, World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King, Batman: Arkham Asylum, and Star Trek D-A-C.
An Nvidia spokesperson told TG Daily that his company has worked "closely" with a number of prominent manufacturers - such as CPT, LG, CMO, and Samsung - to integrate 120Hz 3D Vision-capable panels into notebook platforms.
The new displays reportedly provide "stellar" 2D capability with crystal clear images, while delivering flicker-free 3D support for HD playback of 3D games, movies and photographs.
Nvidia's 3D Vision has already received positive accolades from MSI, which described the product as the "best" 3D technology currently available.
??Samsung vice president SH Moon also offered his endorsement of Vision.
"Nvidia's 3D Vision technology provides the best 3D experience that we have seen, and we look forward to bringing this technology to market on notebook panels. [We are] fully behind NVIDIA's 3D Vision ecosystem," said Moon.
