Olympic tourists advised to go naked
Beijing (China) – The estimated half a million Olympic tourists are being advised by security experts to go ‘naked’. In response to what they say is “aggressive espionage”, tourists should leave their regular cell phones, cameras and laptops at home. They are also being advised to buy disposable cameras and phones while in the country.
The experts say almost anyone could be the target of government espionage because of the differing views of proprietary information in China. In the western world, information is treated as private and confidential while in China the government views information as property of the people (more accurately government).
