High Tech Computer (HTC) will strengthen its cooperation with Qualcomm, and plans to launch more than 10 Qualcomm-based mobile devices, including smartphones and ultra-mobile PCs (UMPCs) before the end of this year, HTC CEO Peter Chou said at a press conference jointly held by HTC and Qualcomm.
