  • Notebook makers may find their annual shipments target for 2007 fails to meet expectations due to component shortages being observed across the board. Affected components include panels, analog ICs, battery cells, optical drives, printed circuit boards (PCBs) and aluminum-based capacitors, according to sources at Taiwan notebook makers.
