Former spammer spills the beans

  • London (England) – A former spammer going by the name of “Ed” talks to PC World about his life of crime and luxury.  At the height of his spamming, he made up to $15,000 a week, but adds that he’s actually “a really nice guy”.

    Ed would fool spam filters by slightly altering images or text.  He also targeted his spam messages by scouring email lists for gambling addicts or psychiatric patients.
