San Francisco (CA) - According to a new report by the Pew Internet and American Life Project, Americans believe email spam is less of a problem.  The finding is interesting because 37% of those polled in the report say that they are getting more spam than ever.  18% call spam a big problem which is down from 25% four years ago.
