I still have very fond memories of Beavis and Butthead, and used to watch it faithfully every night on MTV when it was the hottest thing since sliced bread. Creator Mike Judge was clearly no one hit wonder, going far beyond B & B with King of the Hill, Office Space, Idiocracy, and more.
After much speculation how the public would welcome them back, looks like Beavis and Butthead got the last laugh, or the last "Uh, huh, huh, heh, heh."
Although it will take some time to see how the ratings hold up and what the court of public opinion ultimately thinks, the reviews are now in on the resurrection of Beavis and Butthead.
The revival of Beavis and Butthead is nearly upon us, as the show will be back officially on October 27. Of course, B&B creator Mike Judge has been doing a lot of press and promotion for his favorite creation.
Having been to a number of midnight films and grindhouse screenings, let me just tell you the right audience can really make a movie come to life - even if it is a dreadfully bad movie.
