    Another thing worth mentioning here is that Matt Cutts, back in 2014, established that Google wasn’t involved in crawling or indexing for Facebook and Twitter, however, he hinted that crawling, indexing and understanding identities on the web could be considered for long-term.

    Bing ‘DOES’ take into consideration a website’s social signals

    While Google failed to establish and maintain their stance, another fairly popular search engine, Bing, has clearly established that they take into consideration the social signals and how often a link has been tweeted or retweeted.
