It's that time of the year when you wish you were anywhere else but at work. It's the slow season. It's the holiday season. You know what we're talking about.
Well, stop. Research shows that you might be killing yourself with procrastination. Yup, you can always start to eat better after the holidays or start working out. It's better to just put on a positive attitude and tackle the tasks at hand.
Easier said than done but who knows how long it took the researchers to finally getting around to finishing their study. It doesn't say.
