Chicago (IL) - Photos which appear to be the back casing of the new generation iPhone have been seen on the web. From the looks of the photos, this supposed new iPhone could potentially come in black, might also be slightly contoured and designed in effort to give individuals a better grip. It even looks to have a matte finish. The leaked photos come via reporters from the iPod Observer. The site claims to have gotten the images from a source in China, though these photos were very quickly followed by more from the MacRumors site.





The iPod Observer has reported on more than one occasion credible iPod rumors. For example the site predicted the switch from a stain nickel finish to a glossy black backing on the iPhone. Therefore, these rumors are potentially more credible.



The photos are nothing more than that, just a few pictures. They give us no idea as to what the device has in store on the side, when it will be available or what other changes will be made to its service or device abilities. I guess we’ll just have to wait for those leaked details, right?
