Lenovo's Miix 10 Windows 8 tablet has hit the summer streets at a $599 price point.

Key specs include a 10-inch display (1366 x 768 pixel IPS, capacitive touchscreen), 2GB of RAM, 64GB of storage and up to 10 hours of battery life.

Additional specs?

1MP front-facing camera, a microSD card slot, micro USB port, micro HDMI port, stereo speakers, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0 and an Intel 1.8 GHz Intel Atom Z2760 Clover Trail processor.

The device measures 10.4″ x 6.8″ x 0.4″, weighs 1.3 pounds is equipped with a 6800mAh battery.

As Liliputing's Brad Linder notes, Lenovo first introduced the tablet earlier this summer a  a $500 (starting) price tag, which subsequently jumped by about $100.

"Lenovo has a tendency to offer promotions on a regular basis, so it probably won’t be long before you can buy this tablet for $100 off with the appropriate coupon," Linder explained. "But right now it’s one of the more expensive Intel Atom-powered tablets on the market."
