Micron Technology announced that it is sampling to customers and major enablers its 512Mb mobile DRAM component that delivers a maximum clock speed of up to 200MHz and transfer rate of 400Mb per second. This component is designed for feature-rich mobile electronic devices. Mass production is expected in the second quarter of 2008.
