Infineon Technologies has announced a strategic technology collaboration for the development of optimized chip solutions for high-density (HD) SIM cards with Intel. Under the collaboration, Infineon will architect modular chip solutions with a 32-bit microcontroller (MCU) with Intel offering NOR flash memory with capacities from 4-64MB.
