Video: Functioning Apple-1 to hit auction block at $261,000-$392,000

One of six known working Apple-1 computers is slated to hit the Breker German auction house, where it is expected to be sold for a cool $261,000-392,000.

The unit includes the original manual, as well as a letter signed by none other than the late Apple co-founder, Steve Jobs, written to tech guru Fred Hatfield.

Interestingly, Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak appears to have signed the circuit board (bac) as “Woz.”

As previously discussed on TG Daily, Sotheby’s reports that only 50 of 200 original Apple 1 systems exist around the world, with only six of those in working condition.

It should be noted that a vintage Apple-1 was sold in December 2012 for $640,000, $375,000 for a unit in June and another for $174,000 in 2010.
