It seems like the Allwinner A10 chipset is becoming the go-to processor for a new generation of low-cost Android-powered computers.
Recently, yet another device equipped with the Allwinner A10 tipped up.
Dubbed the Hackberry A10 dev board, this is a $60 bare-bones mainboard which doesn't include a case.
However, it does boast a single core ARM Cortex A8 with Mali 400 graphics, 4 GB of integrated storage - with 1.5 GB allotted to the Android user partition.
Other features include integrated 802.11n Wi-Fi/Ethernet, dual USB 2.0 ports, a SDHC card slot, HDMI output, 3.5 mm microphone input, composite video output and a four-pin serial header.
The developer board is available in two versions: 512 MB of RAM for $60 and 1 GB for $65. Other than RAM, both versions are equipped with the exact same hardware.
