Chicago (IL) - Yesterday, TG Daily reported Nvidia is dead serious about low-cost PCs, and today we see the first picture evidence of what the upcoming nettop box will look like. An Ion-based Pico Box, which is a reference PC featuring the GeForce 9400 chipset and Intel Atom processor.
While Nvidia could not name the vendor who will produce it, they did verify the $299 price tag and June release date. It may be the beginning of low-end products from Nvidia, as they said they're considering cooperating with VIA Technologies on a low-cost PC platform as well.
