Sunnyvale (CA) - DigiTimes is reporting that AMD is looking to release a 3.1 GHz Phenom II model 950 in Q2'2009 (between April and June). AMD's current top speed product is 3.0 GHz, though overclocking efforts have achieved nearly 4 GHz on air cooling.
