Lexar announces Crucial Ballistix DDR3 memory

  • Lexar, which manufactures and markets DRAM and NAND flash memory devices under the Lexar and Crucial brands, today announced the first Ballistix DDR3 memory modules. Built in a 78 nm process, the devices are available in a 1600 MHz configuration and available as single 1 GB modules or dual 2 GB kits.

    Pricing has not been announced.
