Intel to outline plans to transfer top-notch technologies into mainstream products

Intel CEO Paul Otellini is expected to outline the company's plans to transfer its newly developed top-notch technologies into mainstream products during a keynote speech at the forthcoming IDF (Intel Developer Forum) which is to kick off from September 18-20 in San Francisco, according to sources at Taiwan PC makers, who have taken notes from IDF details forecast by Intel. Intel is also expected to reveal more details of its Penryn CPU, 45nm Hi-k silicon technology and new WiMAX applications along with the introduction of the associated Montevina notebook platform, according to sources at Taiwan PC makers.
