Star Wars Force Awakens Trailer Fan Reaction

With the debut of the new Star Wars trailer, which looks pretty cool we think, you knew the net would explode with reactions, and here’s a few we’ve gathered from the geek-o-sphere.

The site Tested, which is run by the Mythbusters guys, wrote, that they’re getting “really excited about this, despite my better judgment. No real spoilers here, but we do see a bit more of the post-Empire world, get a hint at villains, and finally see an older, wiser Han Solo.”

Variety was there at the Star Wars Celebration convention in Anaheim, and one fan enthused, “It was amazing. I just had goose bumps and my heart was racing. Han said, ‘It’s good to be home,’ and that’s basically my feeling too – it’s good to be home.”

Another fan raved, “I was hoping I would see something that would bring back my childhood, and I did.”

As JJ Abrams said at a press conference at the event, Harrison Ford has been doing well since his plane crash. “I had respect for him all my life, but I’ve never had more respect for a guy until I saw how he landed that plane. He’s more of a hero in that move than I think he’s been in all the movies he’s been in. That was an incredible thing to do.”
