San Francisco, CA - The Apple Worldwide Developers' Conference probably isn't the best place to pull, which may be why a company called iPorn is hosting a 'Bikini Girls' party there tonight and offering free adult videos to users.
The company is launching a social networking service which it describes as similar to YouTube, MySpace and Facebook - except that it's designed for people who "share a passion for sex". It's offering thousands of free adult videos to those who sign up for the free membership.
Members can stream high-resolution videos, post and share videos and photos with friends, create member profile pages, meet and interact with other members and send private messages to each other. Presumably posts are monitored to make sure they're offensive and obscene enough.
Users can chat to hundreds of amateur and professional adult performers via live video webcams, chat and mobile texting, and can send adult videos from the website to other iPhones or iPod Touches.
Versions for other mobile phones, such as the Blackberry, Android and Palm Pre, are expected to follow later this summer.
The company is launching the service with a party at the WWDC tonight, which promises to be a beacon of good taste and sophistication. Taking place at the Gold Club, a block east of Moscone Center West, it will feature the "beautiful and always sexy iPorn girls". Can't wait.
