Sling Media, the company behind the Sling Box that allows users to stream TV content devices that are connected to the Internet, announced its new online TV service for November 10. The service is set to combine content from Hulu, CBS and a variety of other sites.
One of the ultimate goals of the online TV dream is having all content in one place. Sling.com promises to come a bit closer to that goal. The website was originally intended to launch on November 3, but was pushed back to November 10 for reasons unknown.
Currently in private beta, there hasn’t been a lot of buzz surrounding the website. However with the already popular SlingBox and the upcoming SlingCatcher, Sling Media definitely has a shot a offering a unique service.
