I think all of us knew that Black Friday would be a big day for technology, and it was certainly a crucial day for the console wars. What were the best deals on Black Friday, and who came out the winner in the console wars?
The number one selling game, according to venturebeat and InfoScout was Call of Duty: Ghosts. Disney Infinity followed at #2, then Skylanders: Swap Force, Grand Theft Auto V, Madden NFL 25, Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, Batman: Arkham Origins, NBA 2k14, Lego Marvel Super Heroes, and Assassin’s Creed Revelations.
Techcrunch also informed us that there were some fist fights at Walmart over tablets, but 1.4 million of them were sold on Black Friday. The Washington Post recommends that you wait until closer to Xmas before buying a TV, because the prices will go down closer to the holiday, and definitely hold out on digital cameras, because those prices will go down after the Consumer Electronics Show in January.
So if you got great tech deal on Black Friday, mazeltov, and whether you got a deal or paid full price on an Xbox One, it looks like it’s going to be the top dog in this season’s console wars.
