16-year-old kills brother over Playstation
An angry 16-year-old boy in Chile has been charged with killing his older brother over a Playstation console.
The BBC reports that the 16-year-old was antagonized when his 18-year-old brother activated the game system without his permission.
He then allegedly grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed his brother in the chest.
Police have confirmed that the youth - who could face up to five years in prison - admitted "things had gotten out of control."
Homicide investigator Gilberto Opazo told the BBC that the brothers had been abandoned by their mother and lived in care for years before a Belgian woman adopted them.
"[But] she was visiting Belgium when the death occurred," he added.
