The reboot of Mad Max, Fury Road, hasn’t had an easy time heading back to the big screen. The film was supposed to have wrapped back in December 2012, but as we just reported here on TGD, it just had to go back for some recent reshoots.

Recently a rumor hit the web that there may be another Star Trek series in the works, and why not? There have been many incarnations of Star Trek on the big and small screen, and considering Trekkies can’t get enough, a new series could totally go like gangbusters.
As much as I love B movies and grindhouse flicks, I always thought the whole Machete thing was pretty silly, and I’m glad Robert Rodriguez won’t be wasting his time on it anymore, because Machete Kills tanked at the box office. Or will Machete one day return?
It had been four years since Guillermo Del Toro made Hellboy II: The Golden Army, but he finally came back to the big screen this summer with Pacific Rim. Del Toro’s already got another movie he’ll be shooting next year, Crimson Peak, which is a ghost story, and his long in the works vampire series, The Strain, just got the green light from the FX network.
