Chicago (IL) – Palit today announced a new flagship for its Radeon graphics card series. Based on AMD’s dual-GPU ATI Radeon HD 4870 X2 design, the graphics card comes with two massive fans and two heat pipes wrapped into a 3-slot package.

When we talk about high-end enthusiast graphics cards, it is all about the latest and greatest tech, performance and bragging rights. And if you are looking for such a card, you may find something interesting at Palit.

The company just announced its Revolution 700 Deluxe, which runs on two 750 MHz GPUs like the 4870 X2 reference design, but offers 2 GB of GDDR5 memory that runs at 3800 MHz instead of 3600 MHz. There are two PWM fans as well as four heat pipes to cool the entire package, which comes in a 3-slot design. What makes this designs special is the fact that there are four interface types instead of the usual three: The Palit card interfaces include DisplayPort, HDMI, Dual-link DVI, and D-Sub (VGA).

Spokesman Darren Polkowski told TG Daily the card will retail for a price similar to other 4870 X2 cards, which means that we should see a retail price of somewhere between $500 and $580.
