He obviously has been doing very little in regards to US Senate duties since he threw his hat in the mix for president. I would equate the state senate position to that of mayor of a city; if you can be a constitutional law professor while a member of the state senate, it must not be that demanding (or he was working 25 hour days, or is that 58). I don't even want to get into his understanding of the constitution as there are ammendments he clearly does not understand. Clearly, you do not know Obama.

While I agree that unauthorized access to someone's email is illegal and should be punished this 'hack' (if real) shows other far more serious illegalities.

Palin apparantly was conducting government business through private - and thus not logged, monitored, or retained - email servers. Law requires retention of government records which include email and she very obviously circumvented that requirement. Again IF THIS IS LEGIT it should highlight the illegal actions of another potential president. The abuse of power. The last of accountability. The outright disregard for the laws she would be expected to uphold.

So yes. Let's focus on what's probably some script kiddie who got lucky guessing her password. Let's give all the attention to the evils of "hacking". Let's totally ignore another example of our government stabbing us in the back. Why do you think Palin's people are mostly ignoring this? It is funny to see the reactions of some, self-congratulatory, excited, anything positive; really, it is a shame that some would even respond in such a manner. My personal belief is that Obama is going to do a better job than than McCain, McCain had 30 years to prove that he was for change...
