Go naked with Antec’s Skeleton case

San Jose (CA) – While some computer cases have clear panels to let you see all the wonderful cards and motherboards, how about making a case with no panels at all.  That’s exactly what Antec is doing with their upcoming Skeleton case.  Resembling a rounded pyramid, the case sports plastic arches that are great for carrying and a strong rolled-steel bottom for stability.

A gigantic 250mm fan blows air downwards onto the components and the motherboard/drive trays are easily pulled out.  The “case” has four drive bays and is spacious enough to fit multiple 11-inch video cards.  The front i/o panel has 2 USB 2.0, 1 Firewire and an E-SATA port.  No power supply is included.

The Skeleton should be available in the coming months for approximately $180.
