Lawyer sues Delta for $5 million over missed flight

New York (NY) – A New York City lawyer is suing Delta Airlines for a massive $5 million after he was stranded in Paris (not exactly a bad place to be stranded in).  Thomas Mullaney says his flight back to the United States was canceled back in October because of a nationwide air workers strike.  He alleges that the airline wouldn’t rebook him via the telephone and left him to fend for himself in the chaotic airport (the guy probably needs help wiping his butt too).  Mullaney believes others were stranded in Paris and is seeking class action status for his lawsuit.
