Hurray for progress!

In the meantime, millions are dying from starvation on a daily basis. But of course, those are second class citizens...

you can't call yourself even rich, just wealthy. it won't buy you more than a decent apartment.

Not to argue your point - I absolutely agree that the class divide is getting worse and is a problem - but...millions dying from starvation every day? Millions? Every day?

Unless I'm completely ignorant, I think there are somewhere less than half a million babies born every day, and the world population is growing very rapidly. If millions were dying from starvation every day, combined with deaths from other causes, something doesn't add up.

Maybe this is just a pet pieve of mine, but I think that extreme, exaggerated comments like yours only give nay-sayers more fuel to foo-foo our very real concerns. Stick to the facts - they're bad enough.

I'd hardly call this progress, the rich getting richer and the poor(but perhaps smarter) being locked out of a process that favors aforementioned rich? Hardly a cause for a positive article.
