Sunset (UT) – School vandals usually get away, but the magic of YouTube helped catch two teenage misfits in Sunset Utah. The kids vandalized Sunset Elementary School a few weeks ago by smashing a surveillance camera and destroying other property. Luckily, the kids stared right into a surveillance camera during the deed.
Principal Don Beatty digitized the video and popped it up onto YouTube. He offered a $50 reward for anyone with information about the vandalism. When that didn’t work, a local police officer transferred the video to his laptop and showed it off at a local skate park. Tips started pouring in and the vandals were caught the next day. Isn’t it great to have the good guys win once in a while? View video on Breitbart
