Investor Carl Icahn on Friday told Yahoo  that it should offer to sell the company to Microsoft for $34.375 per share, the latest volley in an acrimonious war of words. In his latest letter to Roy Bostock, Yahoo's chairman, Icahn said that if Microsoft doesn't accept the offer "in a friendly and cooperative transaction," he would push the Internet company to do a deal with Google.

I've love to see that a lot more than with microsoft yahoo and Pete, wouldn't it be the same anti-trust issues if microsoft buys yahoo?

Not antitrust

How do you figure it would be antitrust? Google hold about 60% of the search market with yahoo and microsoft at about 35% combined. If anything it would be an antitrust case against Google. But either way Microsoft is trying to improve.
