Viewing that the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T2 and DSC-G1 digital cameras are equipped with 4 GB and 2 GB, respectively, of internal NAND flash memory, Taiwan-based ODM/OEMs of digital cameras generally feel that such built-in memory capacities are unlikely to become mainstream because of the additional costs. The built-in storage capacities of other digital cameras, including Sony's other models, mostly range from 15 MB to 32 MB, the sources indicated.
