New York (NY) – Time Warner is finalizing plans on separating its cable and high-speed Internet division. Jeff Bewkeso, chief executive of Time Warner, had promised that a deal would be completed by this month and according to Fortune/CNN it will be "soon". Bewkeso was elected as chief executive earlier this year and has also promised to pare down or possibly even sell the AOL division completely.
