New York (NY) – Hackers have successfully hacked hundreds of thousands of websites, according to a security advisory by Websense. Visitors to these sites, which include domains owned by the United Nations and the UK government, are silently redirected to download malware with several exploits.
Researchers first noticed these attacks at the beginning of the month and speculate that the hackers have changed hosting domains for their malware delivery. Read more ... CRN.com.
