Redmond (WA) – Microsoft’s first service pack for Vista isn’t even a week old, but it’s already facing harsh criticism from many users on its Vista team blog. One of the main problems is that the installer will stop or crash on computers with incompatible drivers from Realtek and Intel. We’re wondering how this could have slipped through the QA process because Realtek makes one of the most popular sound devices in the known universe.
