Intel reported fourth quarter revenues of $10.7 billion, up 10.5% from Q4 2006. Net profit climbed 27% to $2.3 billion year over year. The results include restructuring charges of $234 million.

Intel CEO Paul Otellini said that Intel was able in Q4 to “[realize] the benefits of our investments in new products and [Intel’s] efforts to drive efficiencies.” The manufacturer said that microprocessor unit volume set a new record during the quarter, while average selling prices remained flat. Chipset unit volume also set a new record, the company said.

For 2007, Intel reported revenues of $38.3 billion and net income of 7.0 billion.
